Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping rates & delivery times
– Netherlands: 1–3 business days (via PostNL/DHL)
– EU countries: 3–7 business days
– International: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders above €30 within the Netherlands.

Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.

Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
